小学生の息子に最適 |
我が小学生の息子は、よく夜に電車で見かける塾通い少年です。
いつも、教科書類とともに小学生用の大きな重たい国語辞書を リュックに詰めて通ってました。
私が持ってみても重たくかわいそうに思っていたのですが、電子辞書は、キーボード操作が小学生には向かないような気がして購入を躊躇していました。
今回、思い切って購入してみたところ、ペン操作なので簡単で、字も大きく見やすく、息子も大満足で愛用しております。
塾通いの小学生にぜひ お勧めです。

good dictionnary but not for everyone |
the dictionnary is good for people who have vocabulary and doesn't know complicated kanjis. The interface is easy, you can draw a kanji (the dictinnary doesn't care about the order of the strokes) and having its reading is really simple.
First regret is that when you have the reading you can't get directly the translation. Now about the japanese-english dictionnary itself,it's complete,unless you're looking for a technical word. You can get directly from the english definition a japanese translation.
About the english-japanese dictionnary. The number of words is kind of limited (31000words) compared to the japanese english dictionnary (64000 words).One regret, you can't get the translation or even the reading of a kanji (or a word) present in the japanese definition:(
That's why I'm not recommending this dictionnary to beginners but for people who already knows the japanese language it's a really usefool tool.
